An older people Rohingya man receives treatment in Cox's Bazar.
Age International is working in Cox’s Bazaar reaching older people and their families with hygiene kits, installing hand washing points to the entrances of our Age-Friendly, and providing community healthcare through a mobile medical team.
We’re training frontline workers from staff and community volunteers alongside providing them with masks, medical gowns, gloves and other key protective kits. We’re reaching doctors, paramedics, physiotherapists, counsellors and other key frontline workers to enable them to continue to support older people without risking spreading the virus.
